SAP HPC

By using the SAP Hardware Partner Connect (HPC) MobileApplication an SAP Account Executive (SAP AE) can send Connection Requests to Hardware Partners directly from the customer‘s site. Within the Connection Request, the SAP AE can select desired partners, specify his requested information, priority and add details. The application automatically sends this Connection Request via e-mail to the matching Market Unit Responsible of the Hardware Partner.

Moreover the SAP AE can view and manage his sent Connection Requests in the application.

In the settings, the SAP AE can specify his relevant Market Units and contact information which will be added in the Connection Requests.

The application also contains a news feed which displays HANA Hardware program changes, Hardware partner incentives, success stories, etc.
